SHIPPING POLICY
I ship using USPS Flat Rate boxes to ship my products. This way there is tracking information available right away and you will know exactly when it ships and when you will receive your order. I will ship your order within 1-2 business days from when you place your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be returned or exchanged if they have not been used or damaged and are still in sellable condition. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and not that of Nikki's ScentSations.
